Treetop Resort

We liked the villa's setting and facilities, but our two nights at Treetop Resort were disappointing overall. Just two staff members seemed to run everything, a chef and a support worker. They asked us to bring groceries without saying how much was needed, and we felt our supplies were misused. The support worker was also rude and had poor customer service skills, which affected our stay a lot. With the service and professionalism we experienced, it's hard for me to recommend the place, even though the location and villa setup were nice.

The pool was a hit with the kids, especially the baby pool, and the garden, though small, was well kept. We enjoyed morning tea on the outdoor chairs. Treetop is a few minutes from the main road, near the famous Bevis Bawa's Brief gardens, but the final stretch of the entrance road is narrow. We had the whole place reserved for our family trip. There were five very spacious rooms with several beds in each, plus comfortable beds and clean, roomy bathrooms. The children found it kid friendly, and the staff were helpful and friendly while giving us plenty of space. The villa and cook arrangement was reasonably priced, with us bringing the dry rations for cooking. Good value overall.

We really enjoyed the ambience and the service during our group trip to Treetop Resort. The pool was clean, and the food was top notch. Rooms were very clean too, each with space for five people.

Treetop Resort is tucked among the trees, and the views were breathtaking. The staff were incredibly attentive, and it was a perfect place for our family getaway. It exceeded all our expectations.
