We booked because a friend recommended it, and it lived up to that. The rooms were small but neat and clean, and the location was great. We went for bed and breakfast, and they served an amazing spread for breakfast, especially for such a small place.

Check the location on the map before booking, rather than relying on the reviews and comments. The house looked like a horror house to us. We booked and went there, but found an old, poorly maintained place. We cancelled and didn't stay.

The owner was so kind when I arrived very late, at 00:30, and did everything to get me settled. It's a small hotel in a really convenient spot, with very clean rooms in an old Dutch-style building. I liked the hotel a lot, and the breakfast was so good. I hadn't liked papaya before trying it there. Recommend it 😚

The best part of Albert guest is its spot in the heart of Galle Fort, and it feels like a real gem. We felt safe and at ease staying there, especially as women traveling alone or together, since it's run by a mother and daughter. The place was very clean, the rooms and service were good, and we really loved the breakfast.

The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed to be comfortable. This homestay is well placed for getting to the attractions, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, and the owners were really kind. Breakfast was awesome too.
