I’ve been renting there for seven months, so I feel I should give a useful account. The ground floor security staff do an amazing job. The three wheeler drivers who wait on the road use their meters and don’t try to rip you off. The noise from one Tamil neighbour happens almost every night after 9pm. Bring earplugs and an eye mask if you want a decent night’s sleep. There are other neighbours, mostly Tamil, who keep presenting themselves as victims. There’s one example on the street side of the eighth floor. That guy is worth meeting if you want a practical picture of paranoia. Stay away from him. E.
