I paid in cash after the card machine didn’t work, so I had to get money from an ATM. My first room’s AC wasn’t working, and the replacement had a bad carpet smell, perhaps because it hadn’t been used for a while. The TV didn’t work either, and there was no hot shower water. I stayed two nights and didn’t eat there. For the facilities, I found the price a little high.

The location is handy for cafes and grocery stores, and it’s a budget hotel, but cleanliness was poor. There were poop stains on the toilet bin, and the room smelled of smoke. When I complained, they said, “Don’t worry about it. Nobody smokes here.” I checked myself and found the smell was coming from the AC. Its air filters were very dirty, so I washed them. There’s no breakfast buffet, just a basic breakfast that I didn’t try. If you can spend more, choose a better hotel.

The location is good, and the room was clean and good when I arrived for my two night stay in a deluxe room. The first day went smoothly, but on the second, the AC started making strange noises, dripping water and even throwing out ice chunks. It also wasn’t cooling properly. Don’t leave your laptop or belongings under it, because it leaks badly. I asked the manager to move me. He said another room would be ready by 12 o’clock, but nobody followed up. I messaged the lobby and, instead of helping, they asked why I wanted to change rooms. I explained what was happening and still got no response or room change. I had work, so I couldn’t keep chasing them. That evening I went to the lobby for my invoice. The staff acted like nothing had happened and asked, “Didn’t you change the room?” I said, “You never showed up with the arrangement, so how could I change?” They ignored the issue and said nothing. The staff seemed polite, but customer service was absolutely disappointing. For what I paid, I could have got a better room and far better service elsewhere. Zero stars for customer service.
