The room was comfortable and clean, with what we needed: towels, shower things, A/C, vent, coffee, tea, clean water, and reliable hot water in the shower. Our host was very friendly and even met us out on the street, since the place can be tricky to find. A nice spot for a few days.

There’s nothing fancy about this simple homestay, but the owners are the real highlight. Mr. Shaminda and his wife Mrs. Dilhan are down to earth and always willing to help sort out problems. We stayed 13 nights, and they went out of their way for us several times. If you’re after a home-like feeling, I’d recommend staying with them. A popular shopping area and a mall are also just a five-minute walk away.
