Deluxe 4BR Penthouse By Unique Towers

We came back to the hotel the night before our planned departure from Sri Lanka, when my husband suddenly became ill and needed medical attention. The desk manager was very kind and helped direct us to the nearby Nawaloka OPD Unit, where we received excellent care. On our earlier stay, our apartment was spacious, cool and very clean. It had one Queen bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, one with a Queen bed and one with a king. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The washer worked well, and the kitchen, dining area and living room were all nicely equipped. Staff were friendly, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the stylish, modern decor made a great impression. With excellent amenities and a handy location for exploring the city, this hotel apartment was even better than I expected. We had a memorable stay, and I'd recommend it.

We checked out a night early, and I wouldn't stay here again. The room felt worn and broken, with mouldy, dirty walls and ceilings, a broken kitchen drawer, and no kettle. There were bugs in the bathroom at night, the towels were dirty, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to leave.

There was plenty of room throughout the apartment, including the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen was reasonably equipped, and when we asked, we were given more utensils. Staff came to clean once a day and could come more often if requested; we paid extra when they did. A good homely place in the heart of the city.
