Highly recommended! We had a great stay, and the hosts were warm despite their limited English. Small practical things made this one of our best places in Sri Lanka: outlets on both sides of the bed, hot water, a king-size bed, fresh air, and no smells. Thank you!

A peaceful spot away from the crowds on the main road, but still not far from it. The owner was really friendly, and we had tea together. It’s in the forest and very nice, especially for such a cheap price. I highly recommend it.

We booked at the last minute. The stay was average, and it’s a little tucked away, but the rooms were clean and well maintained. The caretaker was friendly and humble.

The house has three rooms, one with three beds and two with double beds. The owner lives on the premises and can help with different things. He was friendly, and breakfast came with toast, jam, and pancakes!

The hosts were very friendly, and the place is tucked into a quiet, semi-rural area away from the busy town center. It’s just behind the main Ella center, so still reasonably convenient.
