The location is very convenient, with places nearby. The mini cafeteria was handy, and the staff were knowledgeable. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Kumar, who was in charge of the room, was friendly and always helped me with anything I needed. The room was amazing and the customer service was good. I recommend this hotel.
Getting around and reaching services in the area is easy, and the hotel has both simple and luxury rooms. The service was fast and access was good, but the price felt a little high for a small room.
The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the place felt peaceful. My room was clean, well kept, and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. Room service was prompt, the food was excellent, and housekeeping did a good job every day. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable.
Not bad. It’s affordable enough for ordinary people to stay.
The location is convenient, nearby areas are easy to reach, and there’s enough parking. Hotel Imperial is reasonably priced, but there are a few things to be aware of. They have just one AC room, and the locks on some doors look worn and could use improvement. Also, they start counting your booking from when you arrive instead of the usual check-in time.
