The staff, including the cook, were kind and respectful, and I really loved the service. The villa has around 7 rooms, including a large one with 5 beds, and it’s in a perfect location. It’s one of the best small resorts in Nuwaraeliya District. Visiting during the cool, pleasant April spring season was a great experience.

We went as a family of 22 and had such a good time. It’s a nice family villa with a Majlis, Shisha, big attic, cook, BBQ, Bluetooth, and card and board games. Lake Gregory is about 1.5 KM away, close enough for a walk. Vegetable and grocery shops are just around the corner.

Caretaker 'Gajan' is a nice person, but the owner didn’t care when I asked about the facilities listed in my booking confirmation. The room had no WiFi, towel, TV, hairdryer, heating, iron, or telephone. Most of the listed room facilities weren’t available; everything was extra cost or for common use.

The caretaker is very friendly and helpful, a real gem of the place. There are heaters, but you have to pay to use them, which shouldn’t be the case when renting a decent bungalow in Nuwara Eliya.
