On 19 January, we had to travel unexpectedly for medical reasons and weren’t comfortable with the accommodation we’d arranged. We contacted J Guest at the last minute, and they let us check in straight away. I really appreciate how they understood our feelings and treated us with care. It was quiet, calm, and peaceful, and the service was excellent throughout. Thank you, J Guest.

Management made the reservation process easy with prompt, clear, and helpful communication. We stayed two nights, and the room was spotless, which made us comfortable. We had a wonderful visit and would gladly stay again.

The staff were welcoming and hospitable, and my non-AC room was clean, comfortable, and better than I expected. The bathroom was spotless and in excellent shape. The shower didn’t work very well, though, and while the fan ran, it didn’t move enough air, so the room felt a little uncomfortable at times. Even with those minor issues, I enjoyed the stay thanks to the cleanliness, comfort, and service. A few improvements could make this place even better.
