Marine Suites

The ocean view at Marine Suites was easily the best part, and the scenery and setting made it a relaxing, memorable stay. The property itself is lovely, but service could have been more attentive. I found the missing universal charging point inconvenient, and after several calls to room service, the response still didn't feel urgent. More guest-focused service would improve the experience.

Our company vacation was a lot of fun, and Mr. Raju was a big help throughout. He's kind and helpful, and the receptionist was good at sorting out problems. The apartment was clean, with a nice environment and a kitchen fully stocked with utensils. I'd recommend staying here. Well done!

The receptionists were especially respectful. I was a little nervous talking with them at first, but grew to enjoy our chats. All the workers were helpful and often had kind things to say to me. Housekeeping varied depending on who came. The oldest guy always did a proper job and took care of everything without needing many requests, while the others were friendly too. The hotel could be more organized about sharing details and information. Still, the staff were great, kind, and respectful, and the service felt professional enough. The food was tasty, quick, well prepared with good spices, and looked nice. The rooms were good for sleeping, with fans that worked for different weather. I can recommend coming here, and it felt very safe.

The apartments were spacious and spotless, and we had lovely ocean views. I especially appreciated the connection I made with the team, including the manager and kitchen staff. They put in a lot of effort to make things right, and the meals were among the best I had on my trip. You could tell the kitchen team cared about their work. From arrival onward, everyone was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome. The warm atmosphere and great service made the stay special. I'd love to come back.
