We stayed for three weeks and really felt at home. Sameera had added a table outside, where we could work as digital nomads with very good internet, surrounded by views and sounds of wildlife: monkeys in the trees, curious squirrels, and a cute peacock. There are two long chairs outside for relaxing too. Inside, it was fully furnished and had everything we needed to cook. There was a separate bedroom, a proper living room with a couch and TV, hot water in the shower, and a fan in each room. We had a wonderful time here.

The apartment was bright, spacious, spotless, and well kept, with an elegant design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The green, eco-friendly setting around the restaurant has a lovely Sri Lankan feel. We could relax on the verandah and sometimes watch a peacock dancing in the evening. Mr Sameera Panditharathna and his family made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They treated us like family and helped with all kinds of things, including transport into the city at the start of our visit. Dr Krishanthi Siriwardhana, the owner's wife, is an experienced medical doctor and was a great help with health advice and the medications we needed. They were all warm and kind. The stay had everything we could have wished for, and more than we expected. Thank you. We’ll recommend Sky Residencies to our colleagues!

A nice, peaceful place, close enough to Hikkaduwa beach while still quiet here. You can cook for yourself, or walk about 1 km to Hikkaduwa for shops, bars, and restaurants. It’s a good middle ground between noisy club life and a quiet family holiday.
