The apartments at Kirulapana had much better service and professionalism, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. Here, the house manager seemed to care only until the advance was paid. When an urgent situation stopped us from coming, he suddenly changed his attitude and even acted as if he couldn’t speak. After payment, he was unresponsive and unhelpful. The higher management doesn’t seem to care or take responsibility. It was very unprofessional.

We were a bit disappointed. It seemed the house manager was attentive only until we paid the advance, then it became difficult to get a response. We couldn’t come because the Clean Bendit Concert was cancelled due to bad weather. After we told him, his attitude changed noticeably and he wasn’t willing to communicate properly. It came across as unprofessional. It also seemed higher management might not know about these concerns, since there was no proper follow-up or support.

In situations like this, most places are flexible, but the manager first agreed to help and then suddenly said they couldn’t return our advance or offer another date. I’m really disappointed with the service. Very unprofessional.

The room wasn’t clean, with dust and a smell in the washroom. Communication from the manager wasn’t good, and customer service felt unprofessional and unhelpful. A very disappointing stay.
