Parking is definitely an issue here. The hotel is in a prime spot in the heart of Colombo, with many main attractions and nightlife spots easy to reach, which is handy for business or leisure. Vegetarians may find breakfast options limited, since most dishes contain eggs. There were a few vegetarian items on the first day, but many were missing the next day and weren’t refilled. The location is good, but if you want a comfortable, well-managed stay, you may want to look elsewhere.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, and the food was delicious with a good variety. The location was perfect, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the stewards served with smiles and were very nice. At the front desk, the staff were kind, friendly, and efficient too. Very good hospitality. Looking forward to returning with my family.

The rooms could use work and renovation, and they felt a little dated, but they were perfectly comfortable. What made the stay special for me was the staff, who went the extra mile, along with the location. Kudos to them for earning this place a 5-star review.

The hygiene was completely unacceptable. The sheets were worn out and yellowish, and looked as if they hadn’t been changed recently. The shower curtain was the worst I’ve seen, old, stained, and clearly moldy. When I arrived, the room was very dirty, with visible marks on the walls, a strong damp smell mixed with unpleasant spicy odors, and cockroaches in different corners. My experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.
