Radisson Hotel Kandy Hotel

The buffet arrangements were excellent, and the food was delicious. We had a memorable family stay at Radisson Hotel Kandy last December, with good rooms and great service. Above all, the staff were friendly and helpful with guests. Thank you, Himali, for your warm gestures and smiling face.

The staff were professional, respectful, and always ready to help. They even helped me sort out my itinerary, which I really needed. The food was good, and the rooms were clean and easy on the eyes. Mine faced Kandy lake, with a stunning view. Getting there takes a bit of walking if you're not in a tuktuk, but I actually liked the cardio. I had a great stay and would recommend it to people visiting Kandy.

The pool was clean and peaceful, and our spotless room had amenities that all worked properly. The food was delicious, with lots of choices, and breakfast was easily one of the best I've had, with something for everyone. Kaveesha, Ameesha, and Hameesha were warm and attentive and went the extra mile, while the manager was approachable and kept things running smoothly. When we mentioned it was my husband's birthday, the team surprised us with a complimentary cake. That little gesture made the day special. We had a stress-free stay and would highly recommend it in Kandy.

We were in room 304 and had forgotten our eating utensils. Lorace from the room staff brought some over right away and also gave us extra water, so I didn't have to go into town to buy it. First class service!
