Ramada by Wyndham Colombo Hotel

Our team had a relaxed dinner outing at Ramada by Wyndham Colombo. The space was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff stayed helpful and attentive through the evening. The buffet had a nice range of dishes, all very good and well prepared. It made for a lovely team dinner.

Niveditha made our visit special from the moment we arrived. She had everything arranged smoothly and handled each request with patience and kindness. Her friendly manner and genuine care stood out, and thanks to her hospitality our stay was pleasant and unforgettable. I’m very grateful.

The desserts were good, but most of the rest of the food at Ramada Hotel’s high tea buffet seemed stale. The parata and egg roti were especially hard and tough, almost impossible to cut, so they didn’t seem freshly made. Several other dishes were dry, and there wasn’t much variety. For two people, the bill was LKR 6,102, which didn’t feel worth it. I expected better freshness and quality from a hotel like Ramada. I hope management improves the food and adds more variety.

The Indian dishes were delicious, and there was a decent range on the breakfast buffet at Gardenia Coffee shop. We came for breakfast and left really happy with the experience. The staff were warm and welcoming too. Thanks especially to Randil, Vihanga, Yomal and Pathirana for looking after us so well.
