The food was a real highlight. We enjoyed both buffet meals, and the à la carte lunch was just as tasty. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, always friendly, quick to help, and ready with a smile. Our deluxe room was roomy and thoughtfully laid out, with a modern bathroom separated by glass and views into the room and toward the lake. Everything was clean and peaceful. I came away feeling this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had.

The hospitality was very good, but the food was a real disappointment. There wasn’t much variety to choose from, and dinner was especially spicy. As someone from Negombo, I find Sameeha’s food more delicious. We visited JETWING Lake two years ago, and the buffet then was marvelous, with lots of variety and delicious food. At that time, only Heritance Kandalama was better.

Our room had a lovely view, and the kids had plenty to enjoy, with bicycles to ride and space to play. It was a great place to spend a vacation with family. The room was clean and comfortable, the food tasty and distinctive, and the location was great. We received a warm welcome at reception, and the staff were polite, friendly, and very supportive throughout our stay.

Chamod at the front desk helped us arrange a room change within the Jetwing Group, and I’m especially grateful for his help. He showed the Jetwing Group’s philosophy through his actions. We had very good service, lovely rooms, beautiful surroundings, and a very large pool. A great spot for a quiet stay with beautiful views.

We’ve stayed at quite a few Jetwing hotels, and this one felt like home too. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were welcoming and warm. Service was excellent the whole time, and the food was fantastic. Another stay with Jetwing that we’ll remember.
