Dinner by the pool under the stars was a real treat. Michel, the charming and welcoming French owner, explained the evening meal choices each night, and his very talented chef cooked them superbly. We had a lovely two-night stay in April 2026 at this elegant country-style hotel, with well-appointed rooms and excellent food. Sadly, our party of three adults from Australia were the only guests, as the conflict in the Middle East had cancelled many European bookings. We’re grateful for the stay.

What a lovely find, a gorgeous boutique hotel with wonderful personal service. You choose your evening meal during the day, then they buy the ingredients fresh and cook it perfectly. It’s served at your table by the pool, with candlelight. We used the hotel as our base for visiting Sigiriya Rock Fortress and Dambulla Caves.

We loved being here. It’s a peaceful little oasis, with simply furnished rooms, a lovely pool, and the most amazing food. The chef is incredible, and the owner is delightful. Highly recommend.

The staff looked after us from the moment we arrived, always attentive and often going beyond what we expected. There were so many thoughtful little touches that made us feel special. The accommodation was roomy and very comfortable, and the food was exceptional. Anil is a brilliant chef.

I’ve returned four times, and every visit leaves me relaxed and feeling like I’m in paradise. Each guest is treated like a VIP, which really surprised me. The staff are gentle and humble, and they make you feel comfortable. The rooms and food are excellent. Thank you all for such lovely times. ❤️🙏
