We left for the day from our two rooms, and later found that cash had gone missing from purses in two separate locked rooms. When we raised it with the owners, they said more than once that we must have lost it outside. They were dismissive and mocking, and seemed amused by the situation. They acknowledged that spare keys were available and not always kept securely, but showed no interest in looking into what happened. The way they treated us left us really upset, and I don't understand the positive comments about their customer service. There is a serious security concern here, so I wouldn't stay if you care about keeping your belongings safe. We were there in 2025. The owners later claimed in their response that they only opened that year, but their Booking.com page shows the place has been open since at least 2022. They also said they only accept locals, which doesn't fit our stay or the reviews from people of many nationalities on that page. It feels like they're trying to make my review seem misplaced instead of taking responsibility for how they handled things. Be careful here.

The resort was in poor condition, and neither the rooms nor the grounds seemed well cared for. It was also far from clean. For what it costs, I expected much better. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, hygienic stay.

If you want quiet and don't need luxury, this place could suit you. It's close to town and the rock, and the staff were laid-back and smiling. They weren't always great at service, though maybe I was the only guest who felt that way. The place was decent and comfortable enough. I booked through travel triangle, so I don't know the price. Ask for what you need and they'll try to help. Food was okayish.

The price was reasonable, and I'd recommend this service whether you're a local after a fun ride or a visitor seeing the city.
