The planning was stress-free thanks in large part to manager Mr Anura, who was flexible, understanding, and accommodating, and worked with us to keep everything on track. We held our wedding at Tropical Life Resort, and the whole event went smoothly and professionally. The team’s service was beyond what we expected. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help, and the price felt very reasonable for the quality. We’re grateful to the whole team for making our special day memorable. One thing that could be improved is the road from the main road. It’s in poor condition and can be confusing for first-time visitors following Google Maps. More name boards and direction signs would help people find the property confidently. We visited Tropical Life Resort and Spa in May 2026 and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly, supportive, and attentive from our arrival onward. The rooms were modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean, and the pool was well maintained. The buffet had a great selection of Sri Lankan and Indian dishes. Special thanks to Mr. Dilshan for his professional service, which made the stay more memorable. We’d recommend the resort to others visiting Dambulla.

The natural surroundings made a beautiful, romantic setting for our wedding at Tropical Life Hotel in Dambulla. The decorations, setup, and atmosphere were just what we expected, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. Our guests enjoyed the range and quality, while the staff kept everything running smoothly and took away the stress. The team was supportive, professional, and well organized from the planning stage through the event itself. We stayed at the hotel too, and found the rooms comfortable and relaxing. Chef Niluk Bandara made an amazing Kottu for dinner, one of the best we’ve ever tasted. Ms. Chanchala also deserves a special thank you for her warm, caring help throughout dinner. Her smile and service made the evening unforgettable. We brought our family to Tropical Life Resort & Spa for a much-needed vacation, and it became one of our best experiences. The peaceful, beautifully kept grounds are surrounded by nature and have a real environmentally focused feel. The staff were welcoming and kind, always greeting us with a genuine smile, and made us feel at home. The food was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained. It gave us a lovely family memory, not just a place to stay. Highly recommended for peace, comfort, and hospitality. ❤️🌿✨
