The garden was a lovely place for the grandchildren to play, and they enjoyed the views of Mount Lavinia beach. We loved spending the evenings on the easy chairs out on the roomy balconies, with the scenery breathtaking. Though these are apartments, they felt like a real home and gave us plenty of privacy. The welcome was warm, with a cold towel and drink, and we were surprised by how luxurious the apartments were. The location is handy too: just across the rail track is Mount Lavinia beach, with plenty of restaurants and different menus nearby. I’d highly recommend this property for a comfortable, memorable stay in Colombo, and will come back next time I’m there. S Subramaniyam, Jaffna
