The customer service was very poor, and the apartment wasn't the one shown in the pictures. It was not clean at all, with ants on the bed. Most of the home equipment was missing, including towels, gas for heating water, an iron, and an ironing board. We had to ask the person in charge for every single thing. I would never recommend this place.

The owners are really nice, and the apartment is spacious. It's a calm, secure place, away from Colombo and the tourist attractions. That also means it's away from the city's noise.

There's plenty of room in the living room, and the apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. It's not luxurious, but it's good value for the money. The one small issue was the TV, since the channels didn't work properly. Still, it's a good place to stay.

I went to see the place, reserved a room with the owner, Mr. Shan, and headed back to get the things we needed. On the way, his wife called and said we couldn't have the room because she only rents to families, and we were cousins. It was the worst experience, and very inhospitable.
