The owner and staff were so patient, humble, and flexible when we needed support during Sri Lanka's recent floods. Their kindness made a stressful time much easier, and it was a relief to find somewhere safe for all of us, pets included. We spent three nights here. The apartment was spotless and cozy, and felt like home as soon as we arrived. It's fully pet-friendly too. I'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, clean stay with caring people.

After days out exploring the city, the apartment with my daughter was a peaceful place to come back to. At Vivas Residencies, the rooms are roomy and clean, with a practical kitchen area, and the location makes getting around Colombo easy. The hosts were kind and looked after us very well. I really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it.

Taxis and tuk tuks arrived within minutes, and supermarkets were an easy walk away, so getting around Colombo was convenient. I stayed several nights with family, and the team went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. The apartments were spacious, clean, and fully equipped, and management was so kind and helpful. For comfortable, good value accommodation with excellent service, I highly recommend Vivas Residencies.
