The service was great, and the location was excellent. We were well looked after from the minute we arrived, and the meals were superb. We spent two nights here and had a wonderful time. 10/10, highly recommend.

Alex and Prabath were the best part of our visit, so genuinely kind and warm, and always willing to help however they could. We’ll be back. The bungalow sits in a gorgeous tea plantation setting, and the house was kept beautifully. It felt stylish but still cosy, with welcoming rooms and a spacious, well-equipped bathroom. A fabulous stay.

Prasad, Chef and the whole team gave us such personal service and looked after us wonderfully. We loved sitting in the peaceful gardens, hearing laughter and cricket drift up from the community sports field below. The traditional, quiet setting among the tea hills felt like a real break from the busy places elsewhere, and well away from mass tourism. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, too. A great base for walking the beautiful Pekoe trails nearby, especially 6, 7 and 8. We had a wonderful stay at Craig Appin.

We had a great time in this lovely bungalow, inside and out, and it easily accommodated our large group. The staff took good care of us and managed to meet all our needs. Service was excellent. A couple of small drawbacks: there was no wifi, and Mobitel SLT coverage was very poor there. Some bathrooms also had plumbing problems, which inconvenienced a few guests.
