OYO 329 Great Villa Beach

The property was clean and the staff were friendly, and it didn’t cost too much, so I thought it was good value. The rooms were really spacious, the pool was clean and the beach was easy to reach. Food was good, as far as I remember. The bar didn’t have many drinks, but the town is close enough that you can go out and buy what you want.

The rooms smelled really bad, and when we told the caretaker, they just gave us a packet of incense sticks to light. Power kept tripping too, even in the middle of the night, when we had to call the caretaker to switch the circuit breaker back on. The food was terrible, and it didn’t seem like they had a proper chef. A waste of money. I really don’t recommend it.

The service was awful, and the staff weren’t good or friendly. Wi-Fi barely worked, the food was very bad, and the pool was dirty and full of debris. Our room wasn’t clean either, with dirty floors, and neither the air conditioning nor the fan worked. Such a disappointing stay. It isn’t worth the money, and I’d never recommend this hotel.

We went for a wedding. There was decent parking and outdoor seating outside the main hall, though some parts of the place were still under construction. The ground-floor washrooms were hard to find and not up to standard. Food was okay.
