The staff were friendly, the food was tasty, and both the rooms and bathrooms were clean. It’s a beautiful place in a great location. I’ll definitely stay here again, and can’t wait to return with friends and family!

We booked three rooms and had what was probably the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The bathrooms were muddy and the towels didn't feel hygienic. As soon as I opened my room, there was such a bad smell that I had to ask one of the room boys to bring an air freshener. The caretaker and the others didn't seem professional at all. It was raining when we arrived, and water was leaking in front of the rooms. I also saw several "worms" wriggling through openings in the lobby floor. The property looks well established, but it seems badly managed and not properly maintained. It was a terrible experience overall.

The manager was pleasant, but the owner seemed unconcerned about customer satisfaction. The hotel was also lacking in parking, driver accommodation, and dependable internet. Breakfast was decent, though it needed salt. Bathroom facilities were poor, with faulty taps and no working hot water. I wouldn't recommend it.

We left a bag of clothes behind when we checked out and only noticed four hours later. Two friends went to collect it and found that most of the clothes were gone. After searching the hotel carefully, they found our clothes among the employees' belongings. Someone had taken the bag and stolen from us. Shame on you. The room also had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the view wasn't anything like the one shown on the sites because a new hotel blocks it. A horrible place. I don't recommend going there.
