Breakfast was my favorite part. There was a good range to pick from, and the open-air seating felt relaxing in the nice weather. The staff were generally kind, though the techno-style music during breakfast didn't suit the morning. I would've preferred something calmer. The walk to Ella's main street was fine for me. We stayed two nights, and the room was clean, but the pool water didn't look clean. Our room also wasn't cleaned during the stay. I never saw a receptionist, which made it hard to ask questions when we needed to.

The location was easily the best part, just a short walk from the main street. The rooms were roomy and clean, and the service was lovely. Breakfast wasn't part of our booking, but they kindly added it for free because I was pregnant. We only spent a day in Ella, but I'd definitely recommend staying here.

There was mold on the bathroom walls, ceiling, and floor. The hotel needs urgent renovation, and it felt like they were just running the place as it is. We stayed one night and can't recommend it.

The staff were nice, but breakfast wasn't worth the price. The bathroom and bedroom were very moldy, and construction sites covered the surrounding area. Someone was only occasionally available at reception.

The staff were wonderful, and the manager was especially helpful. Ella town is right in the center of things here, with the major cafés within walking distance. I felt safe even at night because the streetlights have sensors. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I'd highly recommend adding this hotel to your plans if you're visiting Ella.
