The setting was beautiful, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we felt at home throughout the stay. The food was delicious and nicely prepared at every meal. The warm welcome and genuine kindness from the staff made us feel comfortable right from arrival. Mr. Tharindu and Mr. Supun deserve special thanks for their friendly support and outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that we felt cared for. Our stay at 98 Resort and Spa Hotel exceeded expectations, and we'd highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway, lovely views, good service, comfortable rooms, and great food. We went last April, and I still can't forget the warm welcome and the service during our wonderful stay at 98 acres. The location is amazing, especially waking up to misty hills touched by the morning sun. Special thanks to Mr. Mangala, Anoja and Sudarshana for the top class hospitality and scrumptious food. The buggy drivers were great too, and my daughter really enjoyed the rides. Highly recommend it for a holiday getaway. Can't wait to come back and experience 98 acres Resort and spa again.

The scenery made for a peaceful, relaxing stay, and our spacious room was comfortable and impeccably clean. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with genuine warmth and attentive service. A special thanks to Mr. Tharindu and Mr. Supun for their kindness, support, and remarkable hospitality. They went out of their way to make our visit memorable and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend 98 Resort & Spa for the stunning views, excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and fantastic food. We look forward to visiting again.

We spent two days at 98 Acres Resort and Spa, and the property's lush surroundings and breathtaking views were out of this world. What made it unforgettable, though, was how well the staff looked after us. Our room attendant, Aruna, kept the room spotless, welcoming, and perfectly maintained, with great attention to detail. At meals, our servers Shanith and Mangala were warm and attentive, and went above and beyond. Every dining experience felt perfect. Thank you to them and the whole team for making our getaway so special. We highly recommend this magical resort in Sri Lanka and can't wait to return.

The views and location at 98 Acres Resort were stunning, and the hospitality made the whole stay memorable. Mangala and Niroshan from the restaurant team were especially warm and attentive. The only small drawback was that some washroom materials and finishes didn't feel like good value compared with the rest of the premium property. Still, the service and scenery more than made up for it. A solid five-star stay, and I'd definitely recommend it while visiting Ella.
