The social media photos don’t do the property justice, it’s stunning. Each villa has a lovely balcony facing the mountains and tea plantations, and you can watch the sunrise with a cup of tea. There’s plenty to do, including tennis, badminton and walks. The rooms are spacious, clean and very nice, with the expected amenities like coffee, tea and a fridge. Staff are attentive and kind, and I highly recommend the spa. Both practitioners gave outstanding deep tissue massages. I wish we’d had more time. Scheduled activities can be a bit tricky because the property is so intimate and staff aren’t always available. For example, group yoga runs only every other day. If you’re going to Ella, consider booking a driver so you have flexibility. It’s about a 30-40 min drive, and the secluded setting is part of the appeal, away from busier, more polluted areas. Just keep the distance in mind.

We really enjoyed the food, it was delicious and great quality. Special mention to Dhillon, who fed us well and gave amazing service. The staff were all super friendly, and the chalet room was superb. It’s a great family resort, about 30 mins from Ella town, away from traffic and noise. A good place to relax, with a nice spa and sports facilities like mini golf, basketball, squash and a tennis court. The gym was well equipped too.

The resort is in beautiful surroundings, with lovely, helpful and attentive staff, excellent food and great spa facilities. The facilities overall are excellent. The pool could be a little bigger, and I wish the location were slightly less remote, but it was well worth the trip. Come and enjoy!
