Box On Clouds

We stayed three nights and really liked this charming little place. The containers had plenty of room for two, and everything was clean. The views are stunning, and the staff were especially friendly and attentive. The local food was delicious, though there was more than we could eat. They also took our food intolerances into account, which we really appreciated.

We arrived after sunset, so the mist and darkness hid most of the surroundings. By dawn, though, the mountain views and bird's-eye look over Ella were amazing. There was also a lovely net swing and a wooden table. The room was very tidy, clean and well arranged. Breakfast was delicious and ready right when we requested it. A very nice place to visit with someone you love, so don't miss the chance.

Waking up to birdsong and having coffee on the porch with those breathtaking views was a lovely way to spend time at Box on Clouds. The cottage feels peaceful and tucked into nature, while still being comfortable. Its rustic style and modern amenities work well together. The hosts made the stay feel personal and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They shared information about local attractions and made us feel at home. Inside, the cozy furnishings and thoughtful details created a warm atmosphere. It's a charming place for a quiet break, whether you're travelling with family or friends or looking for a romantic getaway. We left with lovely memories and would like to return.

Roshan, who manages the place, and Danu, the helper, were incredibly helpful and did more than expected to make our stay memorable. We stayed two nights, and the place was fantastic, with well-maintained rooms and delicious food. The Western dishes were tasty too. I'd recommend it to both local and international visitors.
