The rooms came with a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities, and the views were breathtaking. We were three families with two kids, staying just one night, and found it clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a good selection of Sri Lankan and English food, plus fruit and fresh juice. The pancakes and fish curry were excellent. We hope the breakfast service keeps improving.

They offered me an upgraded room on the condition that I cancel my booking with Bookings.com, apparently so they wouldn't have to pay a commission. After that, they charged me for breakfasts I hadn't had. I found the hotel very dishonourable and would advise people to steer clear if they don't want to feel ripped off.

I stayed here with my family for one day. The staff were gentle and very polite, and the food was delicious. Mr. Dinesh helped make our stay comfortable and memorable, so thank you to him. If you're in Ella, give this hotel a try. Best wishes to the whole Ella's Edge Resort Team.

We had clean rooms, breathtaking views and good food. From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. Dinesh was professional and helpful with every request. I'd come back just for his service. A great stay.
