We stayed four nights at la Montagna rooms, up a hill away from busy Ella. It was a perfect location, and we walked down each night, enjoying the views from our room. Breakfast was amazing and got bigger each day. The owners couldn't do enough for us. There are steps down that make a bit of a shortcut into Ella. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable 🙏🏼

It's a hidden gem and great value for money. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the service feels friendly and personal. The steep, winding road puts it a bit far from town, but the peaceful quiet and the view make up for it. Definitely recommended.

The family made this stay memorable with their amazing hospitality. Breakfast was amazing, served on our room's balcony. Ella is so busy, so it was great to come back here and relax in the quiet. One of the best experiences of our trip, and we'll remember it. Thanks again ☺️ If you're good on foot, you can easily walk up and down the hill.

There’s a cozy restaurant nearby for dinner, and breakfast was OK. The room was roomy and clean, with a big bathroom and warm water. The beds were comfortable and had mosquito nets. The staff were so helpful and friendly, which I found really reassuring.
