Aunty and Uncle were so kind, friendly, and helpful that they made us feel like part of the family. Their freshly made breakfast was delicious and made our mornings even nicer. We spent two nights at this homestay and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and well maintained, and the location was calm and pleasant. Highly recommended if you’re after a cozy, relaxing place.
Karu and his daughter were so kind and accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay great. Karu would happily take us into town and pick us up in his tuk tuk whenever we needed. They also cooked us a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast for free every morning. The rooms were basic but clean, with a small balcony and mountain views. It’s a perfect quiet stay just outside Ella’s main town. Can’t wait to visit again!
The owner uncle karunarathne and aunty were really friendly and helpful. We had a great two-day stay, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the 9 Arches Bridge and Little Adam's Peak. Everything was super great, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ella.
I had a booking here but couldn’t get a response after trying three different ways to confirm the WhatsApp contact details and ask how to get there from the train station. I waited six hours. That didn’t sit right with me, so I cancelled and booked another hotel. The other place replied in under two minutes. You snooze, you lose.
The hosts are what made this stay so special. They’re down to earth and went out of their way to help us feel at home. We spent two days there and loved it. The room was spacious, with hot water and a small kitchen for making food or coffee. Breakfast kept us full, and the views were lovely. It’s close to both the 9 Arches Bridge and Little Adam's Peak. I’d happily come back.
