The staff made the stay especially memorable. Every team member greeted guests with a real smile and was ready to help, and a sweet lady even welcomed me with a flower. The pool was spacious and spotless, with panoramic mountain views, and there was a hot tub too. I chose a breakfast with freshly cut fruit, artisanal breads, eggs, and natural juice. It was delicious and beautifully presented, and there were several options. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with modern design and cozy touches. I loved the bathtub on the balcony, where I could soak and take in the spectacular mountain scenery. The hotel felt calm and elegant from the moment I arrived, with a warmly decorated entrance and carefully chosen details. It’s a lovely place to get away from city noise. Birds were the main sounds, and I slept deeply and peacefully.

The food service can be quite slow, so don’t come in a rush. The pillows also felt a bit firm. Still, the staff were helpful, attentive, and nice. It’s a lovely, well located hotel with great rooms, a pool, and amazing views. I’d recommend it and stay again.

The food was delicious, with great flavor and quality, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We had a wonderful time at Te Dalu Resort and Spa. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the amazing view made it easy to relax. It’s a fantastic place to stay, highly recommended.

The hotel has distinctive architecture that reflects Sri Lanka’s Ceylon tea culture. We visited Te Dalu Ella Hotel in Ella as a family on 2nd February 2026 and had a wonderful stay. The pool and charming view made the surroundings very relaxing, and the location gave us easy access to Ella’s lively city center. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we felt they offered great value for money. The menu featured authentic dishes that were tasty, distinctive, and well prepared. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We highly recommend it.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Whenever I made a request, it was handled quickly and professionally.
