The surroundings were peaceful and had a lovely view, and the staff were friendly and supportive. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were cozy, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ella.

The location is peaceful and beautiful, around 1.5km from Ella town. The views and surroundings made the stay more special, and breakfast was delicious. I had an amazing time at The Feel Ella. The staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to help, and the room was clean, comfortable and nicely arranged. The hotel had a calm atmosphere.

I’d happily recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well kept, and the whole place felt cozy and restful. The staff were helpful and quick with the service, so I left very satisfied.

Avoid this place. The washrooms were clogged, and although they said they’d send someone to help, nobody came. The manager seemed unable to handle the booking itinerary or follow the system, and I had to guide him through it myself. This was the worst place I’ve stayed, a garbage dump.
