The garden is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. They kept my room neat and cleaned it promptly whenever I needed service, and they were attentive and patient right up to our departure. Their fantastic service made this visit feel extra special. I highly recommend Yathra Mount Inn to anyone visiting Ella.

We were a family of six and had booked several months before traveling, but when we arrived, a neighboring hotel told us Yathra Mount Inn wasn’t operating. I called the property and was told a “natural disaster” had led to maintenance work. If they had let me know, I would have understood and booked somewhere else. Instead, during high peak season in Ella, we were left scrambling to find a place. They didn’t even contact us to say we should cancel. It was very unprofessional, and I had to call Expedia to get a refund.
