The owner was so sweet and made an amazing Sri Lankan breakfast. I stayed in the four-bed dorm, which was spacious and well maintained, with an incredible view. Okan Rock Hostel is close to town, but not right on the main street. I had an amazing stay.

I stayed in a dorm here for a day last month and loved it. The place is artsy, comfortable, neat, and has a really chill vibe. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to help us book buses. Highly recommend ❤️

We stayed three nights and found the place really peaceful. The hosts were amazing about taking care of every request right away, and the breakfast was very tasty, even compared with elite restaurants.

Thuwan and the other staff were so welcoming and accommodating, which made my stay comfortable. The atmosphere felt lovely, friendly and safe, and the location is great for getting to the centre of Ella. I'd totally recommend it!
