It's a small family-run hotel, and they really look after guests. She made warm milk for my kids late at night and brought it to them. The room with AC was good, but the lavatory had a few flaws, and there was no cupboard or luggage storage area in the room.

The family were super lovely and went out of their way to sort out a booking mix-up with the larger room. They even put a whole new bed in there for us. The location worked perfectly for a short walk into town and as a base for our hikes. Breakfast was simple but perfectly okay, and they kindly arranged one for us when we had to leave extremely early on checkout day. Thank you!

The family who runs the Villa were super nice, arranging transport for us and doing a really good job washing our clothes. The room was comfortable, clean and super quiet, while still being really close to the city center. A lovely place to stay in Ella!

I'm grateful to the hotel staff and other people there for their help. The road to Ava is good.
