Hotel Aradhana

The bathroom smelled really bad, and the whole place felt unclean and untidy. Things were poorly maintained, including the pool, whose water was discolored. Customer service was very disappointing too.

I booked Hotel Aradhana, Galle, through Google Contract, but we arrived without pictures, hotel policies or other useful details, so expectations weren't clear. We also weren't told about any pool rules when booking, yet access to the swimming pool was restricted. The rooms hadn't been cleaned properly, the air conditioning didn't work well, and the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. The meals tasted good, but the buffet ran short, leaving less for the people who came last. Even morning tea was only half a cup, and the portions felt tightly limited. The staff were friendly and getting there by road was easy. Our family room was on the second floor, with no elevator.
