The cashier's customer service was very poor. She acts as if she's above everyone and ignores the queue, giving bills to people who ask without waiting in line. That's unfair to the other customers. The tea-serving staff were poor with customers too. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We keep returning because the food is consistently excellent, but the service at the cashier and counters has become really disappointing. Today, while we queued to order, another customer was let ahead of us. When we raised it, the staff member said we lacked patience and suggested they didn't care if we stopped coming. Staff often seem dismissive and unprofessional, and that response left a terrible impression. The service standards seem to have declined over time, with no sign management is addressing it. Other reviews suggest this isn't an isolated case. Good food can't make up for consistently poor service. It's sad to see a restaurant we once loved go downhill.

A good beach for both kids and adults, with plenty of surfing schools, bakeries, and cafes along the way. It's a great spot to try boogie boarding or learn to surf.
