The staff made us feel very welcome and well looked after throughout, from the restaurant team at breakfast and dinner to the room attendants and the pool towel desk. Food was a highlight, with lots of choice at both meals, and everything we tried was delicious. We spent six nights here and were very satisfied. Booking and paying through Expedia was straightforward, and check-in was quick and smooth. After the long journey, the cold towel and refreshing welcome drink were a thoughtful touch. Our room was comfortable, clean, and in good condition, with upkeep that felt absolutely fine by local Sri Lankan standards. A little refreshing or renovation could improve it further, but nothing affected our stay. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back. Thanks to the whole team!

The event went so well, and our guests felt at home throughout their stay. More than 50 people stayed at the hotel for at least three days and were looked after very well. We held our homecoming in the Grand Ball room. Harsha, the Event Manager, and his team, Manjula, Roshan, and Pubudu, took care of all the small details and gave our mostly overseas guests excellent service. They coordinated smoothly with the outside event planner and support companies, and the lunch menu worked well for everyone's different preferences. It was a lovely experience, and we couldn't have done it without the staff's support. Well done, Radisson Blu Gall Team.

At Yazu restaurant, the food was perfect and the ambience was superb. Special thanks to Mr Talan Ghosh, the GM, who personally looked after guests. Our stay was memorable thanks to the staff. Mr Chamika, the hotel manager, was especially cordial and made a real effort to make our time there wonderful. Best wishes to everyone, and I hope to come back soon. 🙏

Malshika and Himaya were kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay especially memorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a great time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend it.

The pool was lovely, and from the cabanas you can see the ocean. Ajith, the pool attendant, was friendly and promptly helped with my questions. I also had a great early morning yoga session by the beach with Ms Wasanthi, the Rec Manager. Her extra tips and advice were helpful, too. We enjoyed the food, and Uditha and the restaurant team made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and well supplied. We did spot a problem in our room at first, but Malshika and Ashan from the front desk and guest relations sorted it out quickly and addressed our concerns. The staff were welcoming, and the beachfront setting made for a really relaxing stay. It's a good choice for a laid-back resort feel, with Galle Fort nearby and Unawatuna Beach not too far away if you want a change of scene.
