They greeted us with cold towels and juice as soon as we arrived, and the service was lovely. The rooms were in good shape and nicely kept. The bathroom was a bit odd: the showerhead leaked, and there was no door around the shower, so water splashed everywhere. It looked pretty new, though. A good stay overall, and I'd book here again when I'm in Galle.

The place was spotless, and the staff were lovely, always smiling and keen to help. Nirmana deserves a special thanks for doing so much to make sure we were comfortable. We really felt cared for, almost as if we were at home. A very nice stay in Galle.

Ms. Nimnara and Mr. Danushka were especially friendly and helpful, going well beyond what I expected. The warm welcome from the Hotel Ravo staff really touched me, and everyone was very disciplined. The room was comfortable and the food was good. Thanks again, Ravo, and best wishes to you all.
