The hosts made this stay feel personal, sharing local tips, stories, and homemade treats. Their care and kindness stood out from the moment I arrived, and leaving was genuinely hard. The house was clean and cozy, with a warm, homelike feel. I've traveled quite a bit, but this was a special experience, and I hope to come back someday. If you're looking for a stay built around kind people, connection, and memorable moments, this guesthouse and its family are wonderful.

The owners were incredibly kind when I dropped my phone in the sea. They drove me into town to find digital equipment, and I'm very grateful. I stayed two nights in the villa with a big family, in an economical, quiet room with a ceiling fan, queen bed, bathroom, and comfortable mattress. I enjoyed playing with the four girls and listening to them talk about their toys, hobbies, and homework. I'll miss Ayana, Tiana, Sayana and Liana, though I'm not sure I spelled the names right. Wishing them peace, health, and happiness.

The room and toilet were very poorly maintained. The owner, Mr.Fernando, is a widower over 60 who manages the property by himself. I had booked and prepaid through Intermiles, but he asked me to pay again at checkout.

It's a homelike, inexpensive place to stay. Don't expect a three, four, or five star hotel, but if you're looking for somewhere affordable, this fits.
