The owner likes a chat and seems to care about guests’ wellbeing, and I’ll certainly come again. I loved the four-poster bed, too. Set between Pedlar's Road and the Rampart overlooking the Indian Ocean, this is a beautifully restored listed house.

Breakfast was brilliant. We went for the Sri Lankan option, and the pol sambal and daal were the tastiest we had on the whole trip. The location was perfect, and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, nice, and air-conditioned, and the place looked much better than it did in the pictures. Nothing to fault, and I still can’t believe it was so cheap.

We spent two nights at Villa Razi and were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, and the owner was kind and helpful. It’s a nice place in the center of Galle Fort, and we’d come back.

The homemade Sri Lankan breakfast was awesome, especially the chicken curry. Our room was clean and nice, and the location was quiet while still being super convenient. Amazing host.

A quiet colonial villa with a clean, air-conditioned room and nice staff. The Sri Lankan breakfast was good, though we asked for it not spicy and it still came spicy.
