Arsulana Eco Lodge & Ayurveda Spa Resort

The staff were warm and kind throughout, and the accommodation was beautifully kept, with lovely architectural details. We also ate really well. With the forest, wildlife, and nearby river all around, the whole stay felt magical. Arsulana Eco Lodge has a wonderfully peaceful feel from the moment you arrive. It’s hard to describe that sense of calm, you have to experience it. I’d give the stay a solid 10/10, and I think it would stay with you long after you leave. A great place to unwind and feel close to nature.

The villa was our best accommodation in all our travels around the world. We had a gorgeous river view from the private infinity pool, and the little garden you walk through between the bedroom and bathroom was such a lovely touch. The surroundings are stunning, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Nuwan, the property manager, who was so helpful throughout our stay. This eco lodge is a must-stay in Sri Lanka.

We were treated to a really romantic Valentine’s Day dinner, which was a lovely surprise. Manager Nuwan leads the team well, and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Arsulana is one of the places we remember most. It was quiet and peaceful, and the weather was beautiful. Don’t miss Aberdeen Waterfall ✌️❤️

We especially enjoyed the spa by the river and natural pool. The treatments, including massages, were deeply calming, and the wellness team has an experienced doctor on site. We’d book the wellness package again. The gardens were lush and clearly well cared for, with attention to detail all around the property. Our villa with a private pool was spacious, cozy, and laid out to give plenty of privacy. We stayed two nights and loved the views and calm natural setting. The team made us feel welcome, comfortable, and safe from the start. The food was delicious, and relaxing in the cool evenings was unforgettable. The nearby river and Abadeen Waterfall were highlights too. Arsulana Hotel is a peaceful place close to a rainforest, a lovely break from the city. I’d recommend staying at least two nights to enjoy it properly.
