We booked a stay for February 7th and 8th, 2026, and checked in on the 7th. We had to go to a party at another venue, so we left our luggage at the property. When we came back the next morning, the 8th, several things were gone: a handsfree device, a pair of AirPods, and some clothes belonging to a friend. We told management, but they only said nothing like this had happened before. When we asked to see CCTV footage, they said there were no cameras. Our checkout time was noon, but we were a little late getting back. Management insisted on charging for two full nights. We asked them to charge only for the extra hours we stayed, but they refused and charged us for both nights. Please be cautious when visiting places like this.
