We phoned to book a Christmas function at this small hotel and were told we could have the table we requested. When we arrived, the manager on duty said they couldn't reserve the promised table and offered us a spot tucked into the corner of another party instead. That was very disappointing. The place handled this unprofessionally, and I hope not to visit again.

Our group of 16 had booked a table for Christmas Day, but when we arrived, the manager said there was no reservation and offered a corner table where another group would be having its party. We left with no intention of coming back, though they have lost customers who would have stayed loyal. The restaurant manager and staff were highly unprofessional and unable to handle the situation. They clearly aren't managing bookings well, and it ended up disappointing customers. Not a good place to visit.

We booked at Ovinmo Hotel the day before, but on arrival we were told they couldn't reserve our table. Booking ahead had been pointless, and the poor coordination and lack of professionalism left us frustrated and inconvenienced. It was a very bad experience, and we expected much better service. Sadly, we won't be visiting again.

We had reserved a table for Christmas Day, but at the restaurant we were told there was no booking. Staff offered us a corner table where another birthday party was going to be held. We didn't want to take it and disappoint that group too, so we went elsewhere. The restaurant staff were highly unprofessional and disorganized. If they can't run even a small restaurant, we won't return.
