Hatton itself may not be the most interesting place, but the hosts were very friendly and helpful, and there was lots of great food. I also explored the lovely tea plantations behind the property and farther up the hill. They were well worth the walk.

It’s easy to reach from town, and the place feels cozy. The owners were helpful and flexible, and the bathrooms were decent, with hot water.

The place smelled really bad, management wasn’t good, and there was no fan in the hot season. At night, the street dogs barked. :(
