The view really adds to the stay, and there’s a lot here to make it easy and comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, hot water was always available, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably. We found the kitchen well kept and the food pretty decent, though a few more menu choices would be welcome. They can arrange taxis, laundry, and airport transfers, which made getting around simple. The staff were friendly, quick to help, and professional. Good value, and I’d happily recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed the fantastic breakfast and the clean, refreshing pool. This is a cozy family-run place, with lovely, spacious rooms fitted with both air conditioning and a fan. The staff were helpful with arranging scooter hire and laundry. I’d strongly recommend it, whether you’ve just arrived in Sri Lanka or are spending your last few nights before flying home.

The hosts were kind and accommodating, and the pool area was clean and lovely. It’s a peaceful spot near Unawatuna, with easy access to the busy area and a great location for Turtle Beach. Breakfast was nice too. For the price, it’s hard to beat.

We especially loved the pool, and the owners even cooked us a wonderful meal on our last evening. The place is quiet despite being close to the busy Unawatuna area, and Turtle Beach is an easy walk if you want to see the turtles in the morning. Our room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well. They were also super friendly with our kids.

We were only about a 15-minute walk from the beach, and there were good little restaurants within walking distance for dinner or breakfast. The house sits in a calm jungle setting and feels like a homestay, with a three-generation family living there and easy to interact with. Our kids had a great time around the lovely pool. In the morning, we could hear monkeys and peacocks calling.
