There’s a full fridge and a washing machine at the villa, and the place is really clean. Rathgama lake kayaking is only a few minutes away on foot. If you don’t mind being a little away from Hikkaduwa’s main strip, it’s a steal for the price.
It’s a lovely family who own the house and are always ready to help, and all the appliances work properly. The house has everything you need for a long stay, including a nice fruit garden and a barbecue area. It’s European style and sits in a great spot away from the city noise. The best place to stay in Sri Lanka. Five stars.
Waking up to birds chirping makes the name Bird song Villa feel right. It’s comfortable and safe, and a good place for couples. The host family’s hospitality was especially lovely. Highly recommend it. Thank you, and best wishes.
Birdsong Villa was a real gem, very clean, nicely decorated, and set up with everything needed for a comfortable longer stay. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome made me feel at home. I really enjoyed staying here and can’t recommend it enough.
Birdsong Villa was a lovely place to stay, with all the comforts of home at a very reasonable price. It’s well located for the lovely Sri Lankan Beaches and the famous Galle Fort. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it.
